Carl Randall - Piccadilly Circus London Painting

Daiwa Scholarship alumnus and artist Carl Randall  recently completed a large painting of Piccadilly Circus – a large monochrome oil painting depicting the crowds and buildings of a busy central London area, involving painting 70+ portraits from life.
