Report Form (successful applicants only)

All recipients must submit a Report to the Foundation within two months of completing the project.

  1. To submit a report, please do the following:
  2. Click on the link at the bottom of this page in order to download the Report Form.
  3. Read the guidelines carefully.
  4. Award recipients should email their Report to Daiwa Foundation Japan House in London (grants@dajf.org.uk)
  5. In the case of Small Grants, UK-side recipients from the  should email their Report to Daiwa Foundation Japan House in London (grants@dajf.org.uk) while Japan-side recipients should post their Report to the Tokyo Office.
