Do you have enthusiasm to make a difference in UK-Japan relations?

Our friends at the Great Britain-Sasakawa Foundation are inviting applications for the role of Programmes Executive at The Great Britain Sasakawa Foundation (GBSF). GBSF supports educational cultural and scientific links between Japan and the UK. The Programmes Executive plays a key role in a small team in London and Tokyo in ensuring that the impact of the grant activity contributes to making a difference in UK-Japan Relations.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator, preferably in the charity sector from science, technology, medicine, environment, languages, education, the arts, or the humanities, with great attention to detail and accuracy, an experience of financial software e.g., Xero, and confident and fluent with written communications in correspondence, and on web and social media platforms.

The Role is full time and has a salary of £35,000+ depending on experience and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and pension benefits. The candidate must have the right to work in the UK. The role is based in the office in central London with some flexibility for hybrid working. Some travel and work outside office hours is required.
